The front desk staff when checking in was friendly and helpful. The wireless connection worked ok, but was a bit slow.
The hotel is disgusting! The bathroom needed a new counter a couple of years ago already for sure, the paint was peeling off and the bathtub was so gross, I would not allow my children to have even a shower in it. The breakfast was poor at best and it would be better if they didn't offer it at all since by 8:00 a.m. when we came down most of the food was already gone and what was there looked old. We saw others with take out breakfast and decided to follow suit. In general, I would not stay there again but would rather pay more for a cleaner, less smelly hotel.

I was well pleased with the hotel, it was comfortable ,convienient and we would stay there again if we were in Texarkana again.

Seemed quiet
Initial checkin delayed because staff was busy elsewhere. Room not quite as clean as expected. No ice---had to get from Howard Johnsons. Breakfast gravy was runny not thick and breakfast not as good as at the Country Inns and Suites.
